Will graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000 with an AB, then from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2006 with a JD. A native of Goldsboro, Will's practice focuses on real property law, governmental law, domestic law, appellate law and other matters. Will has been admitted to practice in Federal Court in the eastern District of North Carolina. He currently serves as the Town Attorney for the Town of Pikeville, North Carolina. Will is an active member of the Presbyterian Church. He is a past President of the 8th Judicial District of the North Carolina Bar Association, as well as a past President of the Wayne County Bar Association.
