Mark graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Chemistry in 2004. He received his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law in 2008. Following law school, Mark spent a year in Miami, Florida, where he earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mark was born in Goldsboro and grew up in Kinston. He concentrates his practice in estate planning & probate, wills & trusts, guardianships, elder law, corporate and business matters, and taxation.
