Pamela Bizzell

Pamela is a Johnston County native and a graduate of the paralegal program at Johnston Community College. She began working at Baddour, Parker, Hine & Hale, P.C., in March of 2010 as a paralegal for Philip Baddour. She assists with Social Security and private disability cases, preparing cases and clients for Social Security Disability hearings. Her main duties include filing for hearings, gathering and organizing medical evidence, charting and maintaining data, and scheduling hearings with the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Pam enjoys karaoke, playing cornhole, watching sports and spending time with her family. She resides in Selma.

Drusilla Blake

Dru is a native of Norfolk, Virginia. She moved to Goldsboro in 1980. She has worked at Baddour, Parker, Hine & Hale, P.C., since 1999. Dru is a legal assistant to Borden Parker. She maintains juvenile files involving the Wayne and Greene County Department of Social Services. She is responsible for typing dictated orders of the court for Juvenile and Adult Protective Services. Dru also maintains Mr. Parker’s Greene County files in addition to assisting Mr. Parker. Dru attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Wayne Community College. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, cooking and fishing.

Pam Starling

Pam Starling was born in Wayne County, North Carolina, and lived in Johnston County, North Carolina, until 1969. Since then, she has lived in Springfield, Missouri, Pomeroy, Ohio and Point Pleasant, West Virginia. She has three children and five grandchildren. Pam returned to Johnston County in 1985 and worked in Selma, North Carolina, for 22 years. She began working at Baddour, Parker, Hine & Hale, P.C., in 2014 as the bookkeeper. She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and attorney billing, and office management. Pam enjoys her work, playing the piano, sewing, churchwork, yardwork and most of all spending time with her family.

Carol W. Branch

Carol was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and moved to Goldsboro in 1980. Since 1993, she has worked as a litigation paralegal at Baddour, Parker, Hine & Hale, P.C. Serving as a paralegal for the litigation team, Carol drafts documents, prepares personal injury and workers’ compensation settlement packages, prepares exhibits, organizes attorneys for trial and manages the litigation cases. Carol received a B.A. degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a paralegal studies graduate certificate from Meredith College. Her hobbies include cycling, reading, and playing and listening to music.

Rebecca Wall

Rebecca is a native of Goldsboro, North Carolina, and has worked at Baddour, Parker, Hine & Hale, P.C., since 2003. She is currently a legal assistant to John C. Hine where she helps manage estates, prepares estate and trust accountings, maintains corporate documents and records, and assists in the preparation of income, estate and gift tax returns. After graduating from Charles B. Aycock High School in 2003, Rebecca received an associate degree from Wayne Community College. Her hobbies include reading, cooking with her husband and spending time with her three daughters.

Denise Allison

Denise was born in Washington, D.C., and moved to Goldsboro in 1998. Since then, she has worked as a legal assistant to Borden Parker. In addition to her secretarial duties, Denise works closely with the child support office and county manager’s office. She also works with the family court manager in setting domestic matters for court. A few of her many job duties include preparing pleadings, and working directly with the clients and other attorneys. Since being educated in paralegal studies at Central Texas College, Denise has worked for law firms in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Missouri. Her hobbies include working out, reading and bowling.

Madison Jones

Madison is a native of Seven Springs, North Carolina, and has worked at Baddour, Parker, Hine & Hale, P.C., since 2019. She is currently the receptionist where she answers the phones, greets clients, sets up files and schedules appointments. She is also a part-time legal assistant for Phil Baddour. Madison is responsible for drafting memos, correspondence, transcribing dictations, assisting with mediations and fills in wherever needed. Madison enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, shopping, volunteering, and helping others, and most of all spending time with her family and friends.

Shari Roach

Shari was born in Orlando, Florida and moved to Goldsboro, North Carolina in 2020. She joined Baddour, Parker, Hine & Hale, P.C., shortly after as a legal assistant to Mark J. Hale, Jr. where she helps manage estates, prepares estate and trust accountings, maintains corporate documents and records, and prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Shari graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a concentration in editing, writing, and media. Shari enjoys watching movies, hosting dinners with friends, and attending any musical performance.
