Phil Baddour is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina School of Law (1967). He brings 35 years of experience to his practice of Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and Civil Litigation. Phil represents the Goldsboro Housing Authority, Wayne Community College and the Village of Walnut Creek. Additionally, he is a certified mediator and frequently mediates cases for attorneys across Eastern North Carolina.
A native of Goldsboro, Phil was formerly a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives where he served as the Majority Leader in the House for two terms. Phil has also served on the Commission for the Future of the Courts in North Carolina, the North Carolina Economic Development Board and the North Carolina Board of Transportation. He is a past president of the Goldsboro Area Chamber of Commerce, the Wayne County Economic Development Commission and the Goldsboro Rotary Club. Also, Phil is a retired Colonel with the North Carolina National Guard, where he served as Staff Judge Advocate.

Borden Parker graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1966 with an AB and 1969 with a JD from the University's School of Law. After spending four years in the U. S. Army JAG Corp, he returned to Goldsboro as a solo practitioner until he joined the firm in 1978.
A native of Goldsboro, Borden has been the Wayne County attorney since 1975 and has represented other government agencies and counties. He also represents Greene County. In addition to his focus in governmental work, Borden practices domestic law and other matters.
Borden has been active in community affairs, serving on the Salvation Army Advisory Board and the Wayne County Chapter of the American Cancer Society. He is an elder in the First Presbyterian Church.
A graduate in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, John received his law degree from the University of Tennessee. After three years as an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service, he earned a Masters of Law in Taxation degree from New York University. John concentrates his practice in Estate Planning and Administration Matters, Tax Planning, and Representation of Businesses.
Recognized by the North Carolina State Bar among the first group of lawyers in North Carolina certified as a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning & Probate Law, John also was elected as a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He has served as president of the East Carolina Estate Planning Council and has served on a variety of bar committees for estate tax and administration issues. Additionally, John has drafted several legislative initiatives for the North Carolina legislature.Now retired as a lieutenant colonel in the Judge Advocate Department Reserve of the United States Air Force, John continues to be active in community affairs. He has volunteered as a Boy Scoutmaster and a member of the Eagle Scout Review Board. In addition to acting as director for several private companies, John has served as Chairman of the Endowment Committee of Tuscarora Council, directorships of the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, Goldsboro-Wayne Airport Authority, Wayne County Economic Development Commission, Goldsboro Committee of 100, and the Goldsboro Arts Council. He is a member, lay reader and former vestryman of St. Stephens Episcopal Church. For his efforts, John has been awarded the Silver Beaver, Presidential Eagle Scout Award of Merit, as well as several Air Force Meritorious Service and Commendation medals.
Will graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
in 2000 with an AB. Then, from the Cumberland School of Law in
Birmingham, Alabama in 2006 with a JD. A native of Goldsboro, Will’s
practice focuses on real property law, governmental law, domestic law,
appellate law, and other matters. Will is an active member in the
Presbyterian Church and currently serves as the Secretary and Treasurer
for the 8th Judicial District of the North Carolina Bar Association.
