Phil Baddour is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina School of Law (1967). He brings over 45 years of experience to his practice of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, Estate Litigation and Civil Litigation. Phil represents the Goldsboro Housing Authority, Wayne Community College and the Village of Walnut Creek. Additionally, he is a certified mediator and frequently mediates cases for attorneys across Eastern North Carolina.
